  • Does the website show all availabilities?

Yes, we actualize each day the properties available in order that you can book easily your property and be sure that it will be available.

  • We would like to add additional person but we have yet booked our stay, how can we do ?

You can send us a mail in order that we modify your booking without additional cost if the property permit an additional people

  • Can I pay in 2 time my stay?

You can pay in 2 step your stay, we need to receive the first part with your reservation and we permit you to pay the second on our site or per bank transfer 10 days before your arrival

  • Will you take the balance automatically from my credit card?

No you will have to do the second payment manually, we never debit your card automatically

  • Can I arrange a let check in or check out?

Yes you can arrange a let check in or check out with a supplement, we need in all case to receive your flight details in order to organize the keys pick up

  • Can you arrange assistance at the airport?

Yes we organize transfer for you with additional fees and we can also organize a car rental

  • Do you charge a deposit security for the property at the arrival?

No we don’t charge any deposit security, take care of the property that you will rent

We will do the check out together to insure the owner of the perfect state of the property rented.

  • I would like to stay in different villas during my stay, how can I organize it?

It is very easy to book 2 different villas with us you just have to do it separately and send us a mail after your booking in order that we join the 2 booking

We will certainly be able to offer you a discount for 2 properties booked

  • Do you accept any booking duration?

The minimum booking duration is 2 nights

  • Can we book for the same day?

No, we are so sorry but we need at least to receive your booking 3 days prior your arrival in order to organize the house for you.

  • Can we arrive each day of the week?

Yes you can if the property is available.

  • We wish to go for 2 weeks but some of the party are only going for one week, what do we do?

As the price of the villas or apartments are the same for fully or partial occupation it will not change anything, book your stay normally for all the period of rental

  • Members of our group will fly from different airports and will arrive at different hour.How can we organize the airport pick up?

You will have to send us a mail with all complete details of each flight to arrange the pick up airport.

  • How and when I will receive my booking confirmation and rental agreement?

As soon as you will pay the deposit for your booking we will send you per mail the booking confirmation.When the balance of your stay will be pay we will send you per mail the rental agreement contract with all details for your vacation.


  • What time can I check in at the villa or apartment?

You can do the check in at the property between 02:00 pm and 10:00 pm

After 10:00 pm it will be a late check in with additional fees.

  • How do I collect the keys to the villa and apartment?

Our staff will wait for you or at the airport if you have arranged a pickup with us or will wait for you directly at the villa or apartment to give you the keys and explain you all about the property rented.It is why we need absolutely to receive all your flight details per mail before your departure.

  • Who do we call in an emergency when we are on our holiday?

You can reach our offices at the opening hours by phone or mail or our local collaborator.We will give you his mail and mobile phone at your arrival

  • What’s the check-out time at the villa or apartment?

For the majority of our properties the Checkout time is 12:00pm

You can arrange a late check out with additional fees.

  • Can I change the dates of my booking or the duration of my holyday?

If the property availability permit the modification of your booking, yes you can change the date of your booking with a supplement of 50$

  • I need to cancel my holiday what should I do?

You must contact us per mail or phone

All the cancellation are free until 30 days prior arrival

We will refund you the deposit on your account

For a cancellation after 30 days prior your arrival we will charge you the completely stay

  • Are linen and towels provided?

Yes we always provide linen and towels in all our properties

  • Will there be toilet paper already at the property?

Yes we provide the toilet paper in each property

  • Will the villa or apartment be cleaned during our stay?

We clean the property each 5 days without any supplement fees.

If you want a diary cleaning we charge 50$ per day for the cleaning
